XPP Translator

SBML to ODE Converter

The XPP translator converts the description of a biochemical network in SBML to ODE format as required by Oscill8. This is done by identifying the conservation relations in the network (using the Conservation module) and extracting the differential equations for the independent species.

This is the first release of the XPP SBML to ODE converter. Please note that it is essential to have the latest version of the Systems Biology Workbench (SBW) installed prior to installing XPP Converter. The XPP_installer.bat file should be run to register the modules with SBW in order for Oscill8 to access them.

Download: XPP_installer.bat, XPP Translator, CLAPACK library for SBW and the Conservation Module

or you can download a zip file containing all of the above : XPPTranslator.zip

Note: You will require the latest version of SBW which can be downloaded from sys-bio.org or directly from SourceForge.
